This aligner system for teens doesn’t require any metal brackets or wires to move teeth into position. Instead, Invisalign® aligners are made from clear, plastic material which makes them virtually invisible.
Using our state-of-the-art iTero Scanner, we take 3D digital impressions of your teen’s teeth and make a set of aligners that are custom made for them. To help ensure their treatment is on track, a blue dot wear indicator is discreetly positioned at the back of each aligner; this highlights if the aligner is being worn for the optimum time of 22 hours a day.
Over the course of your teen’s treatment journey, aligners will need to be changed every one to two weeks, depending on the movements required to achieve their ideal smile.
To make things ever easier for teens having Invisalign® treatment, we can monitor their progress from afar with the Dental Monitoring app. This software lets your teen upload regular smile selfies via their smartphone, replacing the need to come in for regular check-up appointments.
